Overview
As a Manager in EY’s Operational Tax team, you drive complex client engagements translating tax transparency rules into practical operating models and technology-enabled solutions. You’ll advise senior stakeholders across financial services players and help shape regulatory-compliant processes and controls. You work at the intersection of tax and technology, shaping end-to-end delivery and governance. This is a high-impact role in a collaborative, fast-growing practice offering broad development opportunities.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead client engagements from scoping to delivery, managing timelines, budgets and quality across multi-disciplinary teams
- Advise clients on tax transparency regimes and design future-proof compliance processes and controls
- Translate regulation into operating models and requirements for data, processes and systems; collaborate with tech teams to implement solutions
- Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, Dutch Tax Authority and other parties; support governance, documentation and audit readiness
- Develop the practice by contributing to propositions, coaching juniors, and supporting business development in Financial Services, digital platforms and crypto transparency
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master’s degree in Tax Law or Finance
- ≥5 years of relevant experience in tax transparency, operational tax, regulatory reporting, compliance or consulting
- English language skills
- Dutch language skills considered a strong plus
