Overview
In this role you will own and continually enhance Santen’s Azure Cloud and Connectivity platforms, ensuring security, reliability, and cost-effectiveness aligned with Azure roadmaps and the company’s strategy. You will set and enforce global cloud standards, guide partners, and drive infrastructure improvements. You’ll lead or contribute to infrastructure projects, translating business needs into scalable cloud solutions while upholding IT governance and SDLC practices. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a strong focus on governance, security, and operational excellence in a global context.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own and improve Azure Cloud and Connectivity platforms per Azure roadmap and strategy
- Evolve Azure landing zone, subscriptions, management groups and governance framework
- Manage lifecycle, patching, decommissioning of global server and network estate; transition from on-prem to cloud
- Review outputs from Cloud and Connectivity partners to ensure global IT standards
- Identify and drive improvements in optimisation, modernisation, automation and security
- Lead or contribute to infrastructure projects from assessment to operation
- Provide technical guidance to IT and business teams for scalable solutions
- Ensure governance and operational excellence through ITIL, KPIs, SLAs and documentation
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Contribute to Cloud and Connectivity strategy, budget, and compliance with policies
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years in Information Systems Infrastructure and Cloud Networking
- Strong expertise in SD-WAN, Cisco and Microsoft Azure
- Experience managing Azure and Networking in outsourced models with best practices
- Experience delivering international/global infrastructure projects as SME
- Hands-on Azure expertise (landing zones, Azure Policy, networking, IaaS/PaaS governance, cost management)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep or equivalent) and CI/CD for infra automation
- Enterprise networking knowledge (SD-WAN, BGP, WAN architecture, firewall policies, network segmentation)
- Experience managing global server estates, cloud migrations and hybrid environments
- Proven ability to govern managed service partners and enforce standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- English communication skills; Azure or Cisco certifications desirable
