Overview
In this role you will advance multi-agent AI systems that drive personalized shopping experiences at scale. You’ll bridge research with large-scale production, collaborating with researchers, engineers, and product teams to design agents that coordinate and reason about user intents. You will tackle latency, safety, and cost challenges in autonomous systems and measure impact through A/B testing on marketplace metrics. This is a mission-driven opportunity to push the frontier of AI in ecommerce, shaping how buyers and sellers interact.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design and architect multi-agent ecosystems where agents coordinate, delegate, and communicate to solve user intents
- Collaborate with applied researchers and engineers specializing in NLP, LLMs, agentic workflows, and production ML engineering
- Advance orchestration research with new interaction patterns, reflection loops, evaluator-generator frameworks, and tool-augmented reasoning
- Address production-scale challenges such as latency, cost, safety, and cascading failures in multi-agent systems
- Drive marketplace impact by testing autonomous user experiences on large, multimodal data sets to move core metrics (GMB)
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate research into scalable product features
Belangrijkste vereisten
- MS in Computer Science or related area (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI / ML Engineering
- Experience researching/building systems with multiple agents interacting and coordinating
- Strong programming experience in Python; practical experience with PyTorch
- Experience with cloud services and big data pipelines/databases in industrial settings
- NLP expertise and experience with industrial recommender systems
- Demonstrated track record of production ML/AI environments
- Links to prior work or publications (e.g., RecSys papers, tech blogs)
