Overview
In this Legal Officer role, you support real estate client entities with corporate and legal matters, from incorporation to ongoing compliance. You will participate in transactions like restructurings, refinancing, and M&A, while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating with the Real Estate team. The position offers growth through Alter Domus Academy and a merit-driven culture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable client success in the Dutch market.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Assist with establishment, optimization, and governance of real estate holding and financing companies
- Handle legal and corporate matters for client entities
- Evaluate, review, and prepare relevant legal documents
- Participate in client transactions including restructurings, refinancing, and mergers & acquisitions
- Assist and attend board and shareholders meetings
- Maintain legal compliance and good standing of client entities
- Build and sustain strong client relationships
- Contribute to growth by marketing service offerings
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Masters degree in Dutch corporate law
- 0 to 3 years of legal experience; affinity with real estate and corporate management services
