Overview
As Legal Counsel at Vinted, you will support Vinted Pay’s licensed entities across the UK, Luxembourg and Lithuania and collaborate with the Marketplace teams on payment matters. You will advise product and engineering on new features, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and maintain user terms and flows. You will monitor regulatory developments and lead end-to-end legal projects in a fast-paced, international environment. This role offers impact across fintech and marketplace initiatives, with a focus on prudent risk management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Provide day-to-day legal support to Vinted Pay’s licensed entities and local teams in Lithuania, Luxembourg, and the UK, aligning with Marketplace on payment matters
- Advise Product and Engineering on new features with practical legal assessments and regulatory guidance
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and translate partner requirements into actionable product/process updates
- Draft and maintain user terms and localized legal wording within user flows
- Monitor regulatory developments and drive end-to-end legal projects and product initiatives
- Partner with global Legal and Compliance to ensure consistency across entities, products, and jurisdictions

- Very strong legal background in payments/fintech (EMI, PSP)
- Experience with regulated payments
