Overview
As Lead AI Tech Architect, you shape and deliver AI-enabled technology strategies and architectures for Capital Markets, working closely with clients and senior stakeholders. You drive technical decisions, design robust, scalable solutions, and guide cross-functional teams to align with business goals. You’ll contribute to the Capital Markets practice and help extend BCG Platinion’s brand through hands-on delivery and strategic advisory. This role blends deep technical delivery with industry insight at a global consulting firm.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own the technical architecture and delivery of key project workstreams
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with business objectives and technology standards
- Guide project teams to develop scalable, robust solutions
- Collaborate with clients and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact
- Support on-site technical implementations and post-implementation improvements
- Strengthen expertise through advanced training and cross-team collaboration
- Contribute to the Capital Markets practice development and brand in case teams
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 10-15 years of IT Architecture experience in IT/technology consulting, financial institutions, financial services, or banking
- Hands-on experience with trading platforms and systems (Nasdaw, Calypso, FIS Murex, Bloomberg)
- Knowledge of trade and settlement processes and technologies (FIX, SWIFT, FpML) across asset classes
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade architectures
- Familiarity with microservices, containers (Kubernetes/Docker), event-driven architecture and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Cloud platforms and services experience, especially for high-frequency trading and data processing
- Ability to work under pressure and travel to client sites
- University degree with above-average performance in CS/IT/Engineering or related field
