Overview
In this role you help financial institutions modernize their analytics landscape by designing scalable data solutions and AI-enabled workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into robust, production-ready platforms, including migrating Excel-based models to cloud environments. You work at the intersection of data engineering, AI, and cloud technologies to deliver measurable impact in insurance and financial services.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design, build and maintain modern data solutions for clients in insurance and financial services
- Migrate analytical and financial models from Excel/legacy environments to Azure cloud
- Develop scalable data pipelines and workflows for large datasets
- Design data structures, databases and architectures
- Support AI and machine learning deployments in client environments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Contribute to software development, automation, testing and deployment of analytical applications
- Stay updated with emerging cloud, AI and data engineering technologies
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative/technical discipline
- Strong programming skills, preferably Python
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts (databases, SQL, data modelling, data structures)
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Affinity with software engineering practices (version control, testing, CI/CD)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork
