Overview
In this junior associate role, you will join client service teams to own a workstream and address complex challenges for influential clients. You’ll combine research, data analysis, interviews, and brainstorming to generate actionable insights and drive lasting change. You help clients refine strategy, implement transformations, and transfer capabilities that endure after engagement. - Own a workstream within client service teams to tackle tough client challenges
- Conduct research, analyze data, conduct interviews, and brainstorm to derive insights
- Develop actionable plans and drive long-term change with client leadership
- Collaborate with clients and McKinsey colleagues to solve problems and implement transformations
- Prepare work product outputs such as decks, models, and written deliverables
- Uphold ethics and integrity while earning client trust and delivering results
