Overview
In this role, you will support IT-enabled M&A advisory across pre- and post-deal phases. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to assess IT landscapes, plan integrations, and manage divestitures and joint ventures from an IT perspective. You’ll help clients transition to optimized tech-enabled architectures, AI readiness, and secure data separation. The role offers global exposure and the chance to shape how clients reinvent through technology.

- Merger integrations – plan and execute IT integration phases
- Carve-outs and divestitures – IT separation and data segregation activities
- Joint-ventures and alliances – design and implement IT landscapes for partnerships
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Graduate degree in a relevant field
- Experience in M&A / IT consulting
- Ability to combine M&A expertise with technology topics (enterprise software, cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, AI)
- Fluent in English and Dutch; other European languages advantageous
- Willingness to travel
