Overview
As a leader in Google’s Large Customer Sales, you will guide a team of Account Executives to deliver strategic advertising solutions for senior client partners. You’ll build long-term, joint plans with executives, aligning Google products with client business goals to drive significant growth. You will collaborate across Google to execute cross-functional initiatives, shaping how brands grow in a dynamic, AI-enabled advertising landscape. This role offers impact at scale, working with top brands and agencies to achieve ambitious outcomes.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve growth targets
- Build and communicate team priorities aligned with Google’s values
- Develop and manage executive-level relationships with C-level clients and senior stakeholders
- Structure long-term joint business plans with clients and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Present and promote Google advertising products to meet client marketing objectives
- Understand Google ad products deeply and map them to a broad set of marketing goals
- Drive customer success by translating business needs into strategic solutions
- Influence market strategies and partner with sales operations to deliver results
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media
- Experience in people management
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to engage with clients in the region
- Executive influence and relationship-building
- Strategic planning and cross-functional leadership
- Strong communication and negotiation
- Knowledge of Google Ad Solutions
- Video advertising knowledge (AI-powered Performance, CTV, AI-powered Video)
- Understanding of traditional and digital brand media landscapes
