Overview
As Solution Architect Lead for Managed Services, you shape the long-term evolution of customers’ Microsoft business application landscape post go-live. You focus on continuous improvement, platform optimization, and strategic advisory to enterprise Dynamics 365 customers. You will define technology roadmaps, drive digital transformation, and lead architecture initiatives across international programs. - Drive health assessments and roadmap alignment with customer stakeholders and delivery teams
- Lead architecture reviews and strategic improvement initiatives to maximize long-term business value
- Shape technology roadmaps and guide digital transformation across Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft ecosystem
- Provide technical leadership across complex, international delivery landscapes and architecture teams
- Engage with business and executive stakeholders in global organizations to influence direction
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 10+ years of experience with Microsoft business applications including Dynamics 365
- Proven experience as Lead Solution Architect on large-scale international implementation projects
- Strong enterprise architecture, solution governance, integrations and ALM
- Experience engaging with executive stakeholders in global organizations
- Track record of defining technology roadmaps and driving digital transformation
- Experience leading architecture teams and providing technical leadership across complex delivery landscapes
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
