Overview
In this role you steer Henkel’s 2030 transformation across Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement. You lead a Strategy & PMO team, partnering with the Global Leadership Team to translate ambition into an executable program with measurable value. You own end-to-end transformations across a vast network of sites, people, and customers, balancing strategy with hands-on delivery. You will shape operating models, governance, and change management while driving executive decision-making and cross-functional alignment. This is a senior, impact-driven opportunity to accelerate global transformation at scale.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead and develop a team of Strategy/PMO leaders to operationalize the 2030 transformation agenda
- Own high-impact transformations end-to-end from problem definition to value realization across 100+ sites and 10,000+ employees
- Oversee the global transformation portfolio, managing priorities, resources, interdependencies and risks
- Identify new value opportunities through internal insights and benchmarks
- Shape operating models, organization design, governance, capabilities, processes and change management
- Drive strategic management cycles, leadership workshops, and key global communications
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to the Global Leadership Team with data-driven recommendations
- Foster a culture of ownership, pace and impact within Strategy & PMO and blend strategy with execution
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 10+ years in strategy, transformation and/or Operations & Supply Chain, with multinational exposure
- Proven ability to move from strategy to execution and deliver measurable value
- Strong analytical judgment to identify problems and propose effective solutions
- Exceptional executive communication and ability to present complex analysis clearly
- Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of creating structure from ambiguity and driving topics to closure
- Credibility with senior executives and ability to influence without formal authority
- Strong people leadership and ability to develop high-performing professionals
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline preferred; fluent English
