Overview
In this leadership role, you will manage end-to-end supply chain operations in the East region, shaping demand planning and coordinating between commercial and manufacturing teams. You’ll drive S&OP effectiveness in a dynamic market, pushing improvements in processes, systems, and customer experience. You will lead a cross-functional team to achieve key metrics like OTIF and cost efficiency, while aligning with regional and global supply chain best practices. This position offers a strategic opportunity to influence the East operation’s performance and customer excellence.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Deliver East Supply Chain performance on CFR, OTIF, Customer Excellence, Cost and Forecast Accuracy
- Drive a collaborative supply chain environment with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead process and system improvements to raise customer experience and cost efficiency
- Engage external customers and track customer excellence improvements through surveys
- Lead the team to improve warehouse and logistics metrics
- Adopt best practices with International Logistics Center of Excellence
- Plan and execute the Integrated Business Planning roadmap to strengthen S&OP
- Support Zone initiative program across Operations, Procurement, FSQ, Marketing and R&D to ensure financial benefits
- Gate keep category portfolio projects for Operations
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor in a related field; Master or professional certifications (APICS, CSCMP) desirable
- 12-15 years in supply chain with a focus on S&OP and logistics
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, demand planning, inventory, logistics, and manufacturing
- Proven track record implementing S&OP in dynamic, high-demand environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision ability
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with commercial, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Leadership qualities to develop a high-performing team
- Proficiency in ERP and demand planning software; willingness to travel within the region
