Overview
In this role you drive product adoption and revenue growth for Airwallex in the EMEA market. You’ll build deep customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing to unlock value for SME clients. You will promote the platform’s full suite and influence strategy with customer insights. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position at a growth-focused fintech with a data- and AI-driven approach. You help shape scalable processes and multi-stakeholder engagements to sustain long-term customer success.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Identify new revenue opportunities through proactive outreach, discovery calls, and targeted growth marketing initiatives.
- Promote Airwallex platform advantages and optimize usage across the customer base, identifying at-risk accounts for intervention.
- Drive lifecycle marketing to increase adoption of the full product suite, co-creating triggers and offers with marketing and strategy.
- Advocate for customers and represent their voice within Airwallex.
- Leverage support and usage data to uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Serve as a primary contact for issue resolution in collaboration with Support and Operations teams.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 3+ years in account management or customer success, ideally in a fast-growing tech or financial services environment
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Track record of driving product adoption and achieving KPIs
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; experience at a high-growth or globally distributed startup beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
