Overview
As Group Product Manager, you will lead a senior team within Adyen’s Commercial Risk & Platform Fraud group to transform risk mitigation into customer value. You’ll balance architecture, pricing, and regulatory strategy to enable responsible growth at scale. You collaborate with Compliance, Regulatory, and Operations to design auditable capabilities and drive cross-functional alignment. This role combines business leadership with deep technical instincts to shape high-impact risk products and partnerships.

- Lead and develop a senior product management team within the group
- Formulate and execute a strategic vision for risk capabilities that creates customer value
- Define clear use cases and trade-offs with engineering and partners to reduce ambiguity
- Decide when to deploy AI/ML solutions versus operational support to maximize merchant value
- Partner with Compliance, Regulatory, and Operations to design resilient, auditable capabilities
- Drive alignment across Engineering, Commercial, Risk, and Operations and manage cross-functional trade-offs
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 8+ years of product management experience with leadership progression
- Experience launching and evolving complex products across lifecycle
- Hands-on experience hiring, managing, and developing product managers
- Analytical, metrics-driven approach with understanding of revenue drivers and portfolio management
- Strong communication skills across technical, commercial, and executive audiences
- Solid grasp of machine learning/AI concepts and data-science models
