Overview
As a key member of GBS Finance, you will drive operational excellence and standardization across FP&A processes globally. You will partner with the FP&A Global Process Lead to shape strategy, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and implement best practices for consistent financial processes. Expect to influence policy design, tool optimization, and opportunities for GBS expansion to boost efficiency and value creation. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable FP&A solutions and governance. This is a hands‑on role at scale in a multinational setting with a strong focus on transformation and automation.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Collaborate with the FP&A Global Process Lead to develop and execute FP&A strategy within the GBS
- Provide thought leadership on process innovation, future operating models and transformation priorities
- Recommend improvements based on benchmarks and performance data aligned with company objectives
- Design and implement standard global FP&A processes, templates, and best practices across regions
- Drive harmonization of budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis
- Maintain global process documentation, SOPs and training materials
- Identify opportunities to migrate FP&A activities into the GBS model and support transition planning
- Lead policy design, governance frameworks and ensure compliance with corporate finance standards
- Partner with Compliance, Internal Audit and Controllers to ensure policy execution consistency
- Act as (co-)owner of FP&A tools and collaborate with IT and vendors on enhancements
- Champion automation and digital solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 10+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Controllership or related areas
- Proven FP&A process management experience in a GBS/shared services environment
- Experience leading global initiatives in process design within a multinational company, preferably in food or consumer goods
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a matrixed organization
- Strong leadership and project management with track record of process improvements
- Proficiency in Excel and FP&A systems (OneStream, Board, Anaplan), ERPs (SAP, Oracle)
- Experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Expertise in process automation, digital transformation, and Lean methodologies
