Overview
In this role you will shape and implement the next-generation operating model for Finance, partnering closely with the CFO to drive value creation. You will build processes, structures and routines to support fast-growing, international operations and translate data into actionable business decisions. You will lead a finance and transformation team, embed continuous improvement, and accelerate synergies across the portfolio using new technologies and AI-enabled solutions. This is a high-visibility role focused on performance management and strategic finance in a buy-and-build context.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead FP&A, integration, business intelligence, ERP, and finance applications for the group
- Build and professionalize performance management and management routines
- Translate data and insights into tangible business actions for strategic decision-making
- Support value creation by enhancing profitability and optimizing resource allocation
- Accelerate realization of synergies across portfolio companies
- Drive adoption of new technologies and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and transparency
- Partner with executives and senior leaders to manage complex stakeholder environments
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across business units
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- Proven FP&A, performance management, business partnering and/or finance transformation experience
- Experience operating in complex stakeholder environments with executives and boards
- Strong understanding of financial and operational drivers and value creation
- Comfort with varying data maturity and driving continuous improvement
- Experience in buy-and-build, PE-backed or rapidly growing international settings
- Industry or consulting background with a track record of tangible business impact
- Fluency in English; Dutch beneficial
