Overview
In this General Manager role at Zoku Amsterdam you own the full performance, people, guest experience and building. You translate strategy into local priorities and drive results across Rooms, Food & Beverage and Meetings & Events. You lead a lean team with commercial judgment and a strong presence in operations, while applying standards from Support Office locally. You are accountable for budgets, performance and maintaining a vibrant guest community. This is an entrepreneurial role at a flagship location with real impact.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own the P&L, budgets and forecastings; manage payroll and operating costs
- Drive exceptional guest experiences across rooms, F&B, events and community channels
- Coach and develop the local team; lead full People & Culture cycle
- Oversee maintenance, safety and building compliance; manage partners and service providers
- Build strong local partnerships and manage costs and quality with external partners
- Translate brand standards into daily practice and continuously improve guest experience
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 4+ years in a senior hotel leadership role within a complex operation
- Track record of improving hotel performance, profitability and team stability
- Strong commercial and financial skills: budgeting, forecasting, payroll, cost control
- Experience developing operational leaders and leading the full P&C cycle
- Inspiring leadership style; ability to develop and elevate teams
- Ability to lead independently in a lean organization and ensure local execution
- Experience overseeing building maintenance, service partners and safety standards
- Fluent English; Dutch is a huge advantage
- Valid authorization to work in the Netherlands
