Overview
In this role you will drive the monthly forecast, budgeting and operating planning for the Emerging Markets supply chain, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial results. You will translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership and help optimize FP&A processes with a focus on automation. You’ll work closely with manufacturing, logistics and country finance teams to maintain a consistent view of performance and support continuous improvement. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at Kraft Heinz with exposure to senior stakeholders.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage monthly forecast cycle for the Supply Chain Network across the region
- Coordinate Annual Operating Plan and budgeting with stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and reconcile actuals across systems
- Prepare monthly performance reviews tailored to audience level
- Conduct variance analysis to explain financial deviations
- Support alignment and ongoing improvement of FP&A processes in the region
- Identify opportunities to streamline FP&A and enhance automation (Power BI and AI)
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Accounting & Controlling, and country Finance teams
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 3-5 years FP&A or Supply Chain Finance experience
- Economics / Business / Finance background
- English proficiency
- Microsoft Suite; Power BI a plus; SAP experience advantageous
- Hands-on, analytical mindset with strong stakeholder management and business acumen
- EU Working Permit required
