Overview
In this role you design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You work with a Deployment Strategist to deliver production-ready solutions across multiple accounts, combining AI capabilities with data and integration work. You will ship real components end-to-end, contributing to MVPs and proofs-of-concept that move fast from sketch to deployable. This role offers hands-on delivery across frontier AI capabilities and a path to lead complex customer deliveries.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design and deploy end-to-end AI agent solutions within customer environments
- Develop data pipelines and integrate with platforms like Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks
- Build production-ready components and observability dashboards to monitor KPIs and deployment health
- Collaborate with Deployment Strategist and customers to translate business challenges into actionable AI solutions
- Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs for rapid deployment
- Identify platform gaps and provide field insights to product teams
- Share best practices and enablement with customers during engagements
- Deliver tangible business impact for large enterprise customers
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years (6–10 for Senior) of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system
- Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering)
- Experience delivering projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit
- Fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with willingness to expand as needed
- Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns
- Ability to communicate with sales teams and customer architects
- Proactive experimentation with AI/data tools and staying curious
- Willingness to travel ~25% of the time
