Overview
In this role you will align AFH culinary and commercial agendas globally, establishing consistent KPI-based tracking and deploying chef-led practices across markets. You will build toolkits to enable cross-functional execution and shape how culinary teams contribute to the innovation agenda. You’ll drive global partnerships, support brand activations, and represent Kraft Heinz at external events. This is a strategic, impact-focused position that combines stakeholder influence with hands-on capability development.

- Align strategic agenda between AFH culinary and commercial teams globally
- Deploy best-in-class routines between commercial and culinary teams and implement globally
- Define and track KPIs to measure culinary team results (KH culinary teams)
- Develop and deploy global methodologies and toolkits to enable execution
- Articulate the value of culinary teams to support the innovation agenda
- Create a plan to drive capabilities and a methodology to track success
- Build career plans and identify progression opportunities for global culinary teams
- Define the role of culinary teams in brand activations (e.g., Heinz Selection)
- Support strategy to unlock global partnerships across key AFH customers
- Represent Kraft Heinz at external conferences and industry events
