Overview
In this role you own and optimize the OneStream platform to support group consolidation and tax across a global finance function. You will lead Phase 2 rollout, transition ownership from the implementation partner, and shape the platform roadmap. The position offers scope to expand into other financial systems and leverage automation and AI to improve workflows and efficiency. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, well-governed solutions and share knowledge across the global team.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own end-to-end OneStream platform: configuration, metadata, hierarchies, business rules, workflows, integrations and security.
- Lead Phase 2 rollout with Group Finance and Tax; translate requirements into technical solutions for regional finance teams.
- Transition ownership from external partner; build internal expertise and manage vendor relationships, releases and upgrades.
- Drive platform design and integration across NetSuite, source systems and reporting tools; assess upstream/downstream impacts.
- Provide platform support and continuous improvement: period-close, incident management, root cause analysis; apply automation/AI to streamline processes.
- Develop technical knowledge and documentation; mentor colleagues and strengthen global platform capability.
- Expand into broader Finance Technology initiatives and other global platforms for scalable, cross-region solutions.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- OneStream expertise with 3+ years in administration, ownership or implementation (metadata, hierarchies, rules, workflows, close cycle)
- 4–6 years’ experience in financial systems, finance transformation or CPM; exposure to NetSuite, Workday or Coupa preferred
- Strong technical skills: SQL, data modelling, scripting, APIs, integration tooling, version control; understanding of SaaS security, access controls and audit requirements
- Proven OneStream implementation or major rollout experience
- Understanding of financial processes, especially group consolidation and close cycle; tax provisioning exposure is a plus
- Continuous improvement mindset; experience with automation and AI to enhance workflows
- Ownership mindset with strong communication; ability to translate technical concepts for finance stakeholders
