Overview
In this Senior Manager role, you lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives that align with CFO agendas across industries. You drive advisory work, sales, and offerings in Finance Strategy, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Planning & Analytics, ESG, and Gen AI, leveraging your network to grow the service line. You guide cross-functional teams through strategy, design, and implementation of finance processes, data capabilities, and ERP-enabled operating models. You will shape solutions and mentor others while delivering tangible value for clients.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from strategy to implementation for CFO-focused initiatives
- Drive business development, client relationship management, and sales of new offerings
- Advise on Finance Strategy, Digital Finance Transformation, Enterprise Planning & Analytics, ESG and Gen AI
- Collaborate with CFOs and finance teams to assess processes and implement best-practice finance operations
- Oversee ERP system selection, optimization, policy/procedure development, and operating model redesign
- Lead finance teams and partner with technology experts on finance systems integration and implementation
- Apply advanced analytics and Gen AI to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Influence organizational change management and talent development within client teams
- Develop data-driven insights from financial data to enable true business partnering
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master's degree in relevant fields
- Minimum 9 years of experience in project delivery in Finance (strategy/management consulting or finance function)
- Extensive experience with CFO challenges, finance operating models, and enabling ERP technologies
- Experience with data modelling, analytics, data visualization, AI/ML
- Ability to craft compelling presentations and narratives
- Experience building connections with finance experts
- Leadership and communication skills to mentor and coach teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Fluency in English, Dutch preferred
