Overview
As Finance Process Lead you design and govern end-to-end payment processes, ensuring alignment with goals, compliance, and a strong customer experience. You collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive continuous process improvements and automation at scale. You lead documentation, training, and UAT, shaping how payments flow across the business. This role offers visibility into growth initiatives and the chance to influence cross-functional processes in a fast-moving environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design and maintain end-to-end payment processes with focus on customer experience and compliance
- Create scalable processes to support growth and evolving industry requirements
- Identify pain points through data analysis and stakeholder feedback and propose improvements
- Analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and automation
- Define business requirements for new processes or system enhancements
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate designs against business needs and compliance
- Document gaps and craft improvements to existing processes
- Define reporting to track process performance and compliance
- Develop and maintain UAT test cases and lead UAT execution
- Coordinate and perform Business Readiness Testing to ensure deployment readiness
- Create training materials and support go-live transitions
- Act as the go-to expert on payment operations and provide guidance to internal teams
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Compliance to align processes with capabilities and regulatory requirements
- Work with operational teams to understand current processes and pain points
- Coordinate with internal communications to announce process changes
- Deliver tactical initiatives aligned with short- to medium-term objectives
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5-8 years of experience in a specialist area
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance or other business-oriented field recommended
- Lean Six Sigma certification (or similar)
- Experience in eCommerce, process management or large multi-year programs
- Experience designing processes in SAP; knowledge of SAP FICA is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of payment processes and providers, including accounting treatment
- Strong understanding of cross-system financial data flows
- Proven track record of continuous process improvement with automation and scale
- Ability to make independent decisions and set priorities
- Strong networking and influencing skills
