Overview
In this role you will help shape the future of Finance by leading end-to-end process redesign within a large-scale transformation. You will collaborate with finance leaders, product and technology teams, designers and external partners to redesign processes and deliver sustainable outcomes. You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to realise both quick improvements and long-term transformation. The position focuses on building an AI-first operating model and driving measurable business impact within a newly formed team.

- Lead end-to-end finance process redesign initiatives
- Translate business requirements into scalable future-state solutions
- Support the development of an AI-first Finance operating model
- Identify and implement process improvements with measurable impact
- Drive finance transformation programmes and continuous improvement
- Influence stakeholders to adopt better ways of working
- Collaborate with finance leadership, technology teams, developers and designers
- Partner with external consultancy to define and execute transformation roadmaps
- Establish best practices, innovation frameworks and new ways of working
- Contribute to an Innovation Lab focused on experimentation and future capabilities
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Approximately 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong understanding of finance processes and operating models
- Proven experience redesigning and improving financial processes
- Experience in finance transformation, business transformation or change programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to engage and influence senior finance leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with ownership
- Experience translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions
