Overview
In this role you will provide field-based technical support and manage the spare parts ecosystem for our bio-LNG installations. You’ll work closely with the Service Manager to troubleshoot complex issues, prepare for start-up and commissioning, and oversee on-site mechanical completion. The job blends hands-on field execution with strategic parts planning, contributing to reliable, scalable renewable energy projects. You’ll travel roughly a week per month, gaining visibility on how your expertise supports project reliability and performance.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Serve as the technical advisor for complex troubleshooting and on-site assistance on new-build projects
- Oversee on-site mechanical completion of equipment in preparation for start-up and commissioning
- Conduct test-runs and loop checks, including supplier-based acceptance testing prior to final completion
- Manage warehouse operations for incoming/outgoing goods and assemble maintenance/shutdown kits
- Coordinate technical spare parts with asset linkage in the service system and develop critical spare parts lists
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Experience in maintenance/repair of rotating equipment, with preference for reciprocating (piston) compressors
- Background in Mechanical Engineering or hands-on work in process installations as a maintenance/mechanic/service technician
- Willingness to travel (approx. one week per month) and work across multiple locations
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer-focused mindset
- Self-starting and self-sufficient attitude
- Experience with new-build projects is a significant bonus
