Overview
In this role you guide the end-to-end localization and standardization of AWP assets across regional data centers, creating master blueprints and field-ready, modular installations. You collaborate with BIM/design strategy teams to ensure localized designs align with baseline schemas, applying DFMA to shift field delivery toward standardized assembly. You will leverage model-based data and site analytics to identify constraints and drive measurable improvements. This position combines technical program management with cross-functional leadership to scale modular construction initiatives and cohesive lifecycle packages.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own master blueprints and the physical localization of Field Assembly Plants (FAPs) across regional data centers
- Standardize AWP assets and drive modular design philosophy to replace traditional stick-built methods
- Translate site data into quantified improvements using data analytics and trend analysis
- Collaborate with BIM/design strategy leads to validate localization against baseline schemas before sign-off
- Plan requirements, manage risks, and coordinate with cross-functional partners (designers, managers, estimators, controls) to deliver end-to-end lifecycle packages
- Maintain integrated work packages spanning construction, procurement, and commissioning for lifecycle efficiency
- Communicate analyses and trade-offs clearly to executives and engineers
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5 years of technical program management, AWP, or capital project engineering experience in data centers, technical manufacturing, or modular construction environments
- Experience with data integration and analytics, data automation models, relational tracking systems (SQL, BigQuery, Sheets, Apps Script), and dashboards to identify execution trends
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Data Science, or a technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Familiarity with modular design, factory-built integration, and DFMA concepts (preferred)
