Overview
In this Senior Manager role, you will lead financial due diligence engagements within EY’s Transaction Diligence team to uncover drivers of value and assess risks for M&A. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, translate analyses into actionable insights for valuation and negotiation, and contribute to thought leadership. The position sits at EY’s Amsterdam office, offering impact on clients’ strategic transactions and personal growth in a collaborative environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage engagements analyzing historical and projected financials, using data analytics and interviews
- Lead complex financial due diligence from scoping to completion and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Review EBITDA, working capital, and balance sheet to map value drivers, opportunities, and risks
- Translate conclusions into points for transaction valuation and structuring
- Provide input for negotiations on purchase price and terms of the deal
- Maintain close contact with advisors and stakeholders across EY and external partners
- Contribute to team development and thought leadership
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 8+ years of M&A experience with strong corporate finance affinity
- Master in Finance (or related finance-oriented field)
- Strong commercial acumen and experience leading teams
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Affinity for data analysis tools (Alteryx and Power BI)
