Overview
As a Technology M&A Senior Consultant, you advise clients on technology-led value creation during transactions, focusing on IT carve-out, integration, and operational readiness. You shape technology strategies across deal lifecycles and lead multiple workstreams in an international setting. You collaborate with C-level stakeholders to align IT architecture, ERP strategy, and digital transformation opportunities with deal objectives. This role offers exposure to high-impact M&A projects within EY’s growing Technology M&A practice.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead IT due diligence, carve-out planning, integration roadmaps, and post-deal transformation initiatives
- Oversee pre-deal and post-deal IT workstreams and manage client stakeholder relationships
- Advise C-level executives on technology implications of M&A, including operating model design and ERP strategy
- Oversee multiple engagements simultaneously ensuring quality, risk management, and alignment with client goals
- Support business development through proposals, RFP responses, and go-to-market activities for Technology M&A services
- Collaborate across EY service lines to deliver integrated technology-enabled solutions to clients
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in technology strategy, IT transformation, and M&A programs
- Proven experience with large-scale IT integration/separation programs
- Deep knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MSD), IT architecture, and business processes
- Good understanding of data management and infrastructure (network, cloud, workplace)
- Experience with TSA design, stranded cost analysis, Day 1/Day 2 readiness, and technology landscape evaluation
- Fluent in English and Dutch
