Overview
As a Senior Consultant in EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution team, you help clients navigate complex transactions and transformations across the full deal lifecycle. You work with corporates and investors on divestments, integrations, and value creation, translating data into actionable insights. You lead analyses, design operating models, and develop business cases to realize synergies and performance improvements. You collaborate with clients and mentor junior teammates to deliver tangible results.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead and execute analyses on performance, costs, and operations to derive actionable recommendations
- Structure complex problems and translate them into implementable solutions across workstreams
- Assess organizational setups and design standalone financials, operating models, and separation/integration approaches
- Build business cases for synergies, cost optimization, and value creation and support realization
- Translate strategic priorities into concrete actions and drive execution for tangible outcomes
- Collaborate with clients to guide decision-making and maintain momentum in fast-paced environments
- Coach and develop junior team members to ensure high-quality delivery
- Work with managers and senior stakeholders to refine hypotheses and steer project delivery
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 2–3 years of relevant M&A experience or corporate transformations (from corporate M&A teams, strategy consulting or Big 4)
- Master’s degree in Science, Engineering or Business Administration related field
- Knowledge of operational aspects of M&A including due diligence, planning, synergies, value creation and/or post-close transformation
- Aptitude for qualitative and quantitative analysis and ability to link strategy to performance
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively, preferably in client-facing roles
