Verantwoordelijkheden
- Conduct market research and qualitative/quantitative analyses to support deal decisions
- Review deal documents to identify commercial issues and risks
- Collaborate in project teams to deliver high-quality outputs addressing client challenges
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations for C-level executives and investors
- Contribute to business development by preparing project proposals
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Minimum 3 years of strategy consulting experience or equivalent with a strong track record in commercial due diligence and growth strategy
- Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or Business Administration with strong academic results
- Demonstrated interest in strategy and M&A through internships or research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to dissect market drivers
- Ability to perform detailed commercial assessments using primary and secondary research
