Overview
As Cloud Engagement Leader you drive Microsoft cloud transformations for energy clients, owning the portfolio’s revenue and bookings. You collaborate with EPAM leadership, delivery teams, Microsoft stakeholders and client executives to shape and close engagements. You guide clients on AI, data, cloud modernization and application innovation strategies, balancing strategic coordination with hands-on growth. You lead with accountability and build executive relationships to enable scalable, co-delivered cloud programs. This role blends business development with technical credibility to accelerate cloud outcomes.

- Drive cloud-enabled transformation engagements for energy clients
- Shape, close and expand Microsoft cloud transformation engagements
- Own bookings and revenue closure; ensure sustainable, scalable growth
- Coordinate across Sales, Practices, Microsoft and Delivery
- Build executive relationships and promote best practices across co-selling, co-delivery and cloud engagement methodologies
