In this role, you shape and govern Bugaboo Group’s enterprise technology landscape. You’ll drive architecture governance and map roadmaps for multiple brands, ensuring scalable, secure, and integrated digital capabilities. You’ll lead AI-enabled initiatives and establish architecture principles that support innovation and growth. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead architecture governance and ensure investments align with standards and strategy
- Define and maintain architecture standards across ERP, PLM, CRM, eCommerce, HR, Manufacturing, and related platforms
- Manage the enterprise application portfolio and technology lifecycle
- Develop and maintain roadmaps aligned with business strategy
- Govern solution design and architecture decisions
- Own integration architecture and Boomi platform strategy; define APIs and interoperability standards
- Establish integration governance, reusable patterns, and secure connectivity
- Define enterprise information architecture, data ownership, master data, and information governance
- Partner with Data to support analytics, AI, and data platform initiatives
- Define and govern AI architecture principles, maintain AI roadmap, and ensure secure integration across systems
- Evaluate AI platforms and provide guidance for adoption
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases
- Support AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices
- Lead and develop a team of architecture and integration professionals
- Mentor team members and align priorities with roadmaps and objectives
- Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across IT, Digital, Data, and business teams
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Experience developing enterprise technology roadmaps and architecture governance frameworks
- Strong understanding of ERP, PLM, CRM, eCommerce, HR, Manufacturing and related platforms
- Experience in complex, multi-brand or multi-entity organizations
- Solid understanding of APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and Boomi
- Knowledge of enterprise information architecture and data flows
- Ability to influence technology decisions without direct authority
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with executives and technical teams
- Experience evaluating emerging technologies and driving innovation in an enterprise environment
- Understanding of AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation and their business value
- Passion for emerging technologies and AI applications
- Experience defining AI adoption strategies, governance frameworks, or roadmaps (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI platforms and services (preferred)
- Experience assessing AI use cases with business and tech stakeholders (preferred)
- TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification (preferred)
- Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or multi-brand organizations with complex ecosystems (preferred)
