Overview
In this role you cultivate strategic relationships with global merchants to grow their Adyen footprint. You will drive commercial opportunities and deliver payments expertise to help customers scale. The role sits in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment where you align stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Build and navigate customer organizations to align internal and external stakeholders
- Lead commercial discussions to meet strategic and financial targets for assigned accounts
- Provide strategic consultation and payment guidance, positioning Adyen as a trusted partner
- Prioritize and manage short- and long-term projects across multiple accounts
- Act as the voice of the customer and feed back insights to internal teams
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 3+ years in a client-facing, commercial role (account management or payments industry)
- Proficiency in English (other languages a plus)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform decisions
