Overview
As Engineering Manager in Vinted's Platform, you lead a team shaping how engineers and AI agents build, test, and ship software. You’ll helm either the Developer Portal or Developer Environments team, delivering internal products used by hundreds of colleagues and autonomous agents. You steer vision, delivery, and measurable outcomes, focusing on developer experience and scalable AI adoption. You collaborate with platform owners, security, and product engineers to align architecture with business needs.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead a team delivering internal platform products used by engineers and AI agents
- Set team vision, scope, and quarterly objectives with stakeholders
- Create golden paths for common journeys (spin up services, provision resources, test environments)
- Drive measurable outcomes (journey completion time, self-service rate)
- Own delivery by managing dependencies, milestones, and execution in reality
- Ensure engineering quality with SLOs, incidents, post-mortems, and visible technical debt
- Grow people through coaching, 1:1s, and honest feedback
- Bridge technical details and business needs with stakeholders
- Contribute to the Domain's technical strategy and AI adoption roadmap
- Develop federated contribution framework and consistent platform capabilities across surfaces
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Experience leading engineering teams that build platforms, developer tooling, or internal products
- Accountability for delivery: planning, estimating, delegating, shipping through a team
- Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development, MCP integrations, agent skills and evals
- Strong focus on developer experience and reducing total work
- Ability to coach and mentor, with clear feedback and handling underperformance
- Advantage: experience with internal products/platforms, or platform-as-a-product models
- Advantage: experience running agentic or LLM-powered workloads in production (sandboxing, guardrails, observability)
