Overview
As Engineering Manager for the Android or iOS team in Channels, you lead a high-performing mobile-focused squad within Payments Engineering. You shape technical strategy, drive reliable, secure in-store payment integrations, and scale solutions globally. You collaborate with design, product, and data teams to deliver robust platforms while fostering a culture of excellence and ownership. This role combines hands-on technical guidance with people leadership to accelerate transformation and innovation.

Belangrijkste vereisten
- 7+ years in Mobile (Android &/or IoT) software development in a fast-paced tech environment
- 2+ years in a people management position
- Hands-on capability to participate in technical discussions and guide the team
- Significant experience with Android, iOS or Kotlin (one of these languages)
- In-store domain knowledge: payment method integrations, PCI standards, PCI P2PE, PCI PIN
- Ability to collaborate across design, product, data, and Payments teams
- Experience designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions with automation
