Overview
In this role you drive growth by acquiring new SMB customers and expanding adoption of Lucid products. You’ll build relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet targets. The position centers on prospecting, closing deals, and maintaining accurate forecasts. You’ll work from the Amsterdam office part-time and help scale our shared values of collaboration and customer success.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Build and manage a portfolio of new and existing customers to unlock value from Lucid’s products
- Deliver outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities to expand adoption
- Develop innovative prospecting and pipeline generation approaches for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and celebrate success
- Maintain transparent forecasts aligned with team and management expectations
- Become a trusted advisor on value propositions, target markets, and customer personas
- Demonstrate initiative to identify growth opportunities for self and team
- Meet team standards around activity, accountability, and internal SLAs
- Other duties as assigned
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 1+ year of sales closing experience OR 2+ years of business development experience in SaaS/tech
- Experience building relationships and closing business in a similar role
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
- Fluent in English
- Role requires working from Amsterdam office two days per week (Tue and Thu)
