Overview
In this role you ensure the safe, reliable operation of all electrical installations at the Amsterdam site and lead electrical CAPEX/OPEX projects. You act as the main electrical engineering expert, collaborating with Maintenance, Operations, EHS, and external partners. You formally assume the OIV duties, ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations. This position offers hands-on impact on plant safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in a complex production environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design, review, and implement electrical installations and modifications
- Own the CAPEX and OPEX project lifecycle from design through commissioning
- Maintain electrical standards and documentation and support root cause analyses
- Act as OIV per NEN 3140 / NEN 3840 and ensure safe operation of all electrical installations
- Prepare, review, and approve plans and work permits; supervise maintenance activities and contractors
- Ensure compliance with laws, inspections, and audits; contribute to EHS objectives and risk management
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, EHS, and external partners; advise site management on safety and investments
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering (or similar)
- Experience delivering CAPEX projects and OPEX planning
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role; industrial production environment preferred
- Strong technical understanding of electrical engineering
- Experience as OIV or willingness to take on the role
- Strong knowledge of NEN 3140, NEN 3840, and relevant regulations
- High safety awareness and sense of responsibility
- Analytical, decisive, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and set priorities
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
