Overview
In this role you will help shape Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for clients, guiding implementation from requirements to training. You work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure the CRM aligns with business needs and delivers value. You will model and validate solutions, support agile delivery, and empower users through documentation and workshops. This is an opportunity to influence CRM projects at scale within a collaborative, growth-minded team.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Define test plans, scenarios, and test cases
- Define test plans and monitor the implementation of features
- Master project methodologies (Scrum, Agile, V-Model) and apply them effectively
- Draft functional documentation and provide user training
- Conduct workshops to gather and analyze client requirements and provide CRM implementation advice
- Ensure alignment between client needs and the deployed CRM solution
