Overview
As Director of Product for Factor Europe, you will own the product vision and execution across five European markets, building a high-performance, cross-functional team and aligning with marketing. You will translate the North American model to European contexts, push for high-leverage product work, and partner with global teams to drive a coherent roadmap. Your work will focus on customer retention, commercial performance, and multi-market product-market fit, delivering a differentiated proposition at scale. This role offers strategic ownership in an early-stage scale-up with a mission to tailor products for diverse European cultures.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Build, inspire, and manage a multi-disciplinary product team with clear vision and operating rhythms
- Define and challenge the European product vision, translating North American learnings while tailoring to local markets
- Coordinate with global Digital Product team to integrate Europe priorities into the global roadmap
- Own customer retention strategy with evidence-based decision making and clear P&L accountability
- Drive product-market fit across five markets, adapting propositions to cultural nuances while enabling scale
- Align product and marketing strategies to present a unified proposition and narrative
- Communicate strategy and product briefs effectively to leadership and cross-functional partners
- Share learnings across geographies and collaborate with HelloFresh Group peers to raise performance
- Support new channel strategies and adapt products for different customer bases
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 8–10+ years in Product, Strategy, or related leadership roles
- 3+ years managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; AI proficiency and curiosity
- Experience in D2C subscription businesses with retention and recurring revenue focus
- Multi-market European experience and understanding of diverse consumer preferences
- Experience in physical products or FMCG, especially food & beverage
- Track record of scaling a product in a new market and achieving product-market fit
- Visionary and execution-oriented leadership
