Overview
As Director Financial Control, you will build and scale the financial backbone for TSC Life’s international growth. You will lead an international Financial Control team of six, ensure high-quality financial reporting, controls and compliance across entities, and drive standardization and automation of processes. You’ll own statutory audits, coordinate tax and treasury activities, and partner with the CFO to enable strategic growth. This is an opportunity to shape a rapidly expanding MedTech group with a hands-on, senior leadership impact.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead the financial administration, monthly and year-end closing, and statutory reporting across international entities
- Coach and develop an international Financial Control team of six, clarifying ownership and accountability
- Strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, and the group accounting manual
- Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of Financial Control processes
- Own statutory and financial audits and act as primary Finance contact for external auditors
- Coordinate tax compliance, transfer pricing, treasury and cash management across the group
- Support a robust and scalable Finance organization to enable international growth and strategic developments
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Extensive experience in Financial Control, Accounting and/or Audit in an international, multi-entity environment
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, statutory requirements, internal controls and audit processes
- Proven experience leading and developing Finance teams
- Experience operating across different international accounting environments and legal entities
- Proven track record in improving, standardizing and professionalizing financial processes and controls
- Hands-on, proactive leadership style with ability to operate at senior management level
- Master’s degree or equivalent; RA qualification is a strong plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an advantage
