Overview
In this role you will architect and drive the digital tools and standards powering Picnic across multiple regions. You will own the long-term roadmap, defining IT standards and automations while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable digital architecture. You’ll balance strategic vision with hands-on design to reduce manual work and enable Zero-Touch deployments. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Define and implement international standards for hardware, software authentication, and IT operating norms
- Manage system and access controls, RBAC, JML workflows, and performance optimization
- Drive automation to reduce ticket volume and streamline requests
- Lead end-to-end IT projects (e.g., ticket workflow design, zero-touch deployments)
- Provide in-house expertise and direct support to delivery teams on complex operational challenges
- Coordinate with Security, Tech, Delivery, and Operations to align needs with DiWS strategy
- Own licensing strategy and hardware lifecycle, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor consolidation, license cleanups, and spend benchmarking
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 3+ years in modern workplace management, IT operations, device management and systems architecture
- Hands-on experience with macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira/Confluence, and MDM solutions (Intune, SOTI, or Workspace ONE)
- Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
- Analytical mindset with architectural perspective and ability to challenge setups
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for international rollout
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel occasionally (Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Paris)
- Bachelor in IT or equivalent practical experience
