Overview
As a Digital Sales Specialist, you partner with Business Development Executives, Account Leaders, and Solution Architects to shape and close strategic opportunities. You help clients understand how Avanade and Microsoft solutions address business challenges and transformation goals. Your focus is on pipeline creation and improving conversion rates across Digital, AI, Cloud, and Security initiatives. You work cross-functionally to develop compelling value propositions and drive win-ready proposals that align with customer priorities. This role offers meaningful impact by guiding sales teams through complex opportunities and shaping differentiated solutions.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Support sales teams in developing and progressing opportunities across Data & AI, Cloud Transformation & Azure, Cybersecurity, Modern Workplace, Digital & Application Innovation
- Identify customer challenges with BDEs and Account Teams and translate them into actionable opportunities
- Contribute to pipeline creation and qualification across strategic accounts and targeted prospects
- Support customer meetings, workshops, presentations, and executive discussions
- Help develop value propositions, business cases, and solution narratives aligned with customer priorities
- Collaborate with solution architects and industry experts to shape winning propositions and proposals
- Support RFPs, tenders, bids, and strategic pursuits requiring specialist knowledge
- Maintain knowledge of Microsoft technologies, industry trends, and market developments
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and customers throughout the sales lifecycle
