Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead development of electrical propulsion systems from concept to implementation
- Design, prototype, and test electrical subsystems for marine propulsion
- Conduct feasibility studies and capture product requirements for well-defined specifications
- Develop and execute test plans, validate designs, and document results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across international sites
- Produce clear technical drawings and documentation
- Support design reviews and stakeholder alignment
