Overview
In this role you will lead Data & AI engagements for EPAM, guiding initiatives from vision to delivery and building trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders. You will shape data modernization, ML and AI adoption strategies, ensuring value creation and successful outcomes across sectors. You’ll balance business objectives with technical execution, coaching teams and managing expectations and risks. This position offers impact across regions and opportunities to influence industry dialogue and solutioning.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships and drive account growth
- Lead engagements end to end with timely, high-quality deliverables aligned to business goals
- Advocate data governance, analytics, and enterprise AI integration across projects
- Support pre-sales, proposals, and thought leadership to position viable, technically sound solutions
- Represent EPAM as a strategic Data & AI partner at industry events and advisory sessions
- Create and govern Data & AI proposals and offers
- Promote collaboration and continuous improvement within delivery teams
- Drive Data & AI related revenue in a region of operation
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Experience managing client-facing engagements or accounts in consulting, professional services or systems integration
- Ability to establish credibility with C-level executives and facilitate business-technical discussions
- Knowledge of modern Data & AI domains including cloud data platforms, data engineering, governance, ML and generative AI
- Experience in scoping engagements, estimation, and framing value propositions
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate technical concepts into business value
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus
- Industry expertise in Health and Life Sciences, Retail and Consumer Goods, Financial Services or Manufacturing
- Technical and business fluency in local language (English, German, Dutch etc.)
