In this role you will shape fulfilment logistics in a global retail setting by analyzing article placement and network performance. You’ll work within the Order Allocation & Network Optimization area to build models, derive insights, and recommend configurations that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will partner with data scientists and business teams to translate complex challenges into actionable findings and measurable KPIs. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Develop analytical models to measure performance and trade-offs in article placement within the fulfilment network
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to translate complex fulfilment and network challenges into actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to improve article accessibility, reduce order splits, optimize transport flows, and increase network efficiency via data-driven analysis
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders at strategic and operational levels
- Define and monitor KPIs related to network performance and business impact
- Collaborate with data scientists and business teams on analytical initiatives
- Evaluate trade-offs between cost, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Support decision-making at a detailed operational level
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Knowledge and experience in advanced analytics within fulfilment logistics and inventory/article network optimization
- Strong Python and SQL skills for data analysis and data exploration
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform including: BigQuery, JupyterLab, Looker Studio
