Overview
In this role, you own the data and reporting infrastructure for the Agile transformation department and lead the integration of AI into coaching practices. You build pipelines, dashboards, and measurement frameworks to provide leadership with evidence-based insights, while shaping AI-enabled ways of working for Agile teams. You collaborate with the Data & AI Lead, Agile coaches, and trainers to translate goals into adoptable systems and practices. This role blends data engineering with AI enablement to drive transformation at scale.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Build and operate the department's data infrastructure, including pipelines, data models, and reporting layers
- Transform engagement and coaching activity into reliable metrics on progress, adoption, and outcomes; deliver dashboards for evidence-based decisions
- Define measurement frameworks for Agile coaching impact and evolve them as transformation matures
- Integrate AI tools and workflows into Agile coaching practices and prototype AI-assisted approaches
- Research and adapt Agile practices for AI-assisted development, translating findings into training and coaching materials
- Coach Agile coaches in AI tooling and data literacy; run workshops and enablement sessions; collaborate with trainers to embed AI in training programs
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and internal AI enablement teams; support leadership with reporting and insights
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Strong hands-on experience with data engineering and analytics
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, data models, and dashboards
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern data stacks and BI tools
- Practical experience designing and scaling AI/LLM-based workflows
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, DORA metrics)
- Experience in Agile product development environments
- Ability to translate ambiguous challenges into measurable frameworks and practical solutions
- Strong facilitation, training, and coaching skills
- Comfortable operating across technical and organizational domains
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and agentic workflows is a strong advantage
- Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience is highly desirable
