Overview
In this role you help modernize customer engagement through cloud-native solutions and CCaaS/CRM integrations, crafting seamless experiences and enabling business growth. You’ll work with architects and consultants to design, map, and validate end-to-end technical solutions across multiple client projects. You will present options to stakeholders and own technical deliverables, contributing to transformative customer service architectures. This position offers collaboration, learning, and the chance to apply AI-forward approaches to omnichannel service.

Belangrijkste vereisten
- 3–5 years of experience in customer tech transformation, service design, or technology advisory roles
- Master's degree
- Strong consulting skills: problem-structuring, storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder management
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Affinity with front-office, digital experiences, or cloud technology
- Interest in CCaaS, CRM, cloud, and systems integration, plus curiosity for emerging technologies such as Generative AI
