Overview
In this role you will drive cost management for real estate and infrastructure projects within a global consulting team. You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders, lead pre- and post-contract QS activities, and deliver accurate cost plans and procurement strategies. The position combines hands-on estimating, tendering, and contract administration to support high-profile projects and career growth in a supportive, international firm.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
- Lead pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties: cost estimates, procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, final accounts
- Estimate and cost plan development and presentation
- Manage tendering and procurement: pre-qualification, tender lists, preliminaries, tender analysis, tender report, contractual documents
Belangrijkste vereisten
- A recognized Degree Qualification
- Experience as a QS or Cost Manager, preferably in a consultancy
- Sector experience in real estate construction projects
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Excellent English; Dutch preferred; strong report and bid writing skills
- Eligibility to work in the Netherlands/Europe
