Overview
As CRE Vendor Manager, you will shape vendor governance and standards for Corporate Real Estate, managing relationships with the top 20 vendors. You will partner with CRE, Finance, Legal and Procurement to ensure compliant, cost-efficient service delivery and risk management across geographies. You’ll lead change, training, and stakeholder communications while tracking KPIs to demonstrate value. This role offers impact through sustainable procurement and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, global environment.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Develop and maintain vendor governance, policy, tools and standards for CRE vendor management
- Manage relationships with top 20 CRE vendors and coordinate with Finance, Legal, Procurement
- Standardize service delivery, optimize spend and drive economies of scale across regions
- Design and implement KPI frameworks, dashboards and reporting for vendor performance and savings
- Lead contract lifecycle governance (renewals, renegotiations) and participate in RFI/RFP processes as needed
- Facilitate change management, training and communications for CRE vendor management
- Coordinate with Regional Procurement and participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with risk standards and RAMS/PTW requirements where applicable
- Promote sustainable procurement targets, engaging suppliers to reduce emissions
- Maintain CRE vendor database with contract status, spend and key dates
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Business degree in administration, finance, procurement or related field
- Understanding of business economics and cost structures
- Experience creating and deploying KPI-based performance measurements
- Proven track record in contract negotiation for large supply arrangements
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
